Gareth from the incredible 2 Michelin Starred Ynyshir restaurant joined us for a beautiful 15 course tasting menu!
James Toth @Thyme Kitchen
Having grown up locally, James worked at The Cross in Kenilworth from the age of 18. He moved quickly up the ranks before working at The French Laundry in California and landing the position of head chef at Tom Brown’s Michelin-starred Cornerstone in Hackney. Classically trained, James is known for his modern British cooking style, incredible flavours and beautiful seafood dishes.
Nikita, Charlie & Sagar @Thyme Kitchen
We were absolutely honoured to be given the opportunity to host their first ever event since their time on Masterchef: The Professionals and wow what a weekend! 3 incredibly talented chefs with such amazing futures in store, we can’t wait to see what their cheffing futures hold!
Bart Van der Lee & Santosh Shah @Thyme Kitchen
We always have the best time working with Bart & Santosh, not only are they brilliant chefs, they’re also great fun! Both Bart and Santosh have travelled the world working in some of the most prestigious restaurants perfecting their crafts. You may also recognise them from their time on MasterChef: The Professionals where Santosh’s incredible dishes put Nepalese cuisine firmly on the map, and Bart combined his vast experience and private cheffing background to create some beautiful dishes.
Liam Rogers @Restaurant Six
Before Liam was recently appointed Head Chef at Michelin-Starred Hotel and Restaurant Northcote, Liam worked at Gleneagles in Scotland and Sat Bains in Nottingham, before he made it onto the final of Masterchef: The Professionals 2021. Liam impressed judges making it to the final three, before narrowly missing out to fellow contestant Daniel Lee.
The fab three @Carbis Bay
Sauce Supper Club went on holiday! We had the pleasure of hosting Daniel Lee, Liam Rogers and Aaron Middleton at the breathtaking venue of Carbis Bay Estate. The three lads cooked up an absolute storm, and created some beautiful dishes to go with the beautiful beach view from the Walter’s on the Beach Restaurant.
Exose Grant @St Johns House
You may know Exose for being a finalist on MasterChef: The Professionals or perhaps from Bake off: The professionals. Either way you’ll remember Exose for his loveable personality that shone through and his happy persona when cooking! We always love working with Exose!
Finalists Event @Simpsons
We were joined at the gorgeous Simpsons Restaurant with Masterchef: The Professionals finalist, Stuart Deeley, Liv Burt and Exose Grant. The three chefs cooked up a beautiful 6 course tasting menu.

We toured all over the UK with the 4 Masterchef: The Professionals finalists, from Birmingham, to Liverpool, Manchester, London and even little old Lichfield. The lads showcased their amazing skills at all of the fabulous venues, including Simpsons and The Boat Inn
Ultimate Fine Dining Event-
We were joined by some of the UK’s most talented chefs, including the likes of Glynn Purnell, Luke Tipping, Brad Carter, Adam Stokes, Adam Bennett, Rob Palmer and Liam Dillon for the ultimate 6 course Fine Dining event at Edgbaston Cricket Ground. This was by far our biggest event to date with incredible food from 6 Michelin-starred chefs along with live entertainment!
