This unmissable event promises a carefully curated menu, showcasing the dishes and techniques that made Dan a standout champion. Be prepared to indulge in a gastronomic journey as he brings his flair and finesse to every course.

Important Information
Due to the layout of the restaurant, some bookings may be placed together on communal tables, offering a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded food enthusiasts.
A wine pairing will be available to book on the night for £75 per person, and a non-alcoholic pairing will also be offered at £60 per person. Both options are payable directly to Chewton Glen on the evening.
Exclusive Cookery Class
Chewton Glen is also offering a unique opportunity to join a cookery class with Dan Merriman the following day in their beautiful Cookery School. Space is extremely limited for this exclusive experience, so early booking is essential.

Please note due to the nature of the event we can offer meat or vegetarian – we will be unable to offer any substitutions or dietary requests – apologies for any disappoint this may cause.
When booking, please note seating time is the time in which the meal will commence, you are more than welcome to arrive earlier for drinks, but the timing of food will remain the same, if you are running late for the 6:30pm sitting, you may be moved to the 8pm.
Please note due to the nature of these events, we cannot refund any cancellations. If we are able to resell your tickets, we will be more than happy to refund or credit you for an event at a later date.
