Supper Club favourite, Dan Lee will be joining us at Thyme Kitchen once again for a very special tasting menu on Thursday December 19th!
We have been working with Dan since his win on MasterChef: The Professionals in 2021 – if you love South- East Asian influenced dishes, this ones for you!

Please state ALL allergies and dietaries at the time of booking to ensure all requirements can be catered for- we will not be able to cater to any last minute dietaries! Please note due to the complexity of Dan’s menu, we will not be able to cater to any soy sauce, garlic or gluten intolerances- apologies.
When booking, please note seating time is the time in which the meal will commence, you are more than welcome to arrive earlier for drinks, but the timing of food will remain the same, if you are running late for the 6:30pm sitting, you may be moved to the 8pm.
Pescatarian option is made up from both the meat & vegetarian offering. No additional fish courses will be available due to the complexity of dishes & prep times!
Please note due to the nature of these events, we cannot refund any cancellations. If we are able to resell your tickets, we will be more than happy to refund or credit you for an event at a later date.
