You probably recognise James for being the head chef of Tom Brown’s Cornerstone Hackney, or perhaps from his time at the Cross at Kenilworth. But one thing we all know for sure is that his food is incredible! Classically trained James is known for his modern British cooking style, incredible flavours and beautiful seafood dishes with “no frills or p**sing about”.
